AYAHUASCA

The Ayahuasca or also known as natem or Yahe, is a magical healing potion prepared from the Banisteriopsis caapi and the mixture of other herbs found in the jungle.

This brew is used in sacred healing ceremonies called shamans or healers. In Ecuador, Ayahuasca is used by the Amazonian indigenous groups, among which the Shuar, Kichwa and Cofan redwoods.

*Drink plenty of water. Do not use alcohol or drugs. Avoid sex.
*The day of the ceremony is recommended only eat breakfast (fruit) and the rest of the day pure drinking water. It should rest all day.
*The next day is recommended to rest and have breakfast and light lunch.
*The three days should not eat food with chemicals, pork or drink alcohol. No sex. Preferably eat healthy.
